I have send through two emails regarding this issue. Nobody bothers to get back to me With order of R1000s per month you really Do not take the time to look into the isssue.

There is no mechanism to review items that have been purchased. Apparently only special people get invites to review products. Therefore the product reviews are basically untrustworthy due to the biased nature of the curation.

They delivered dirty shoes, aren’t they supposed to be new?

Every now then I’ll consider this vendor as deliver has been shoddy in the past three months. No apologies, no excuses, no response. I’ve made another purchase today in hope that their delivery services can provide what’s promised in writing.

When I always buy in SuperBalist I always get in time! And the quality is better than others!

Superbalist is great at returns and refunds and they collect the items quickly and efficiently. The quality of the clothing is good and they often have sales and items on offer. My only compliant is they don’t have enough variety and definitely not enough kids clothes/options or sizes. It’s the only place I buy my clothes now so I’d love some more options for me and my family

This company support racism and they discriminate against people of color

The Superbalist website directs you to download the app, even though I click on Apple App Store it links you to the Google Play store. Tried signing up via the App “oops something went wrong,try again” Not a good start to my Superbalist experience

Return section of the app isn’t working for 4 days now. Ordered 4 times and never received the correct items!!!!

The App works great and they have great products.... but there service delivery is bad. Takes them weeks to deliver product to major cities in South Africa. At times they will send the wrong product.

Firstly the app crashes every five seconds and then if that isn’t bad enough you clearly can’t keep up with the volume of your orders. You don’t keep track of your stock available, so you send me incorrect sizes thinking I won’t notice when pants fall down and the other half of my order is a no show. I then have to seek out assistance only to find out that the missing half of my order has been cancelled without any communication to me. Absolutely pathetic, I will never use your services again, you can’t even take accountability for YOUR errors.

This update is absolute junk.

I downloaded your app... Then tried to add items to my cart and it kept crashing, had to keep opening the app to try, everytime I tried it crashed or said app unavailable. So no discounts for me this time as your app kept crashing
